Hi, I'm Maria T. Aponte — author, podcast host, speaker, and the woman behind Love Your Life by Maria. I built this brand from the most broken version of myself, because I believe with everything I have that life is always happening for you, not to you.
My journey wasn't pretty. It wasn't linear. And statistically? It wasn't supposed to happen at all. But here I am — and here you are, which tells me you're someone who doesn't give up easily either.
The Book
Against All Odds: The Less Than 1% Chance is my debut memoir-anthology — a collection of real stories from real people who faced impossible odds and came out the other side. It will move you to tears, fill you with hope, and make you believe in people again. Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can hear is someone else's survival story.
